· In the event of postponement of the event the ticket will be honored on the date the event is held.

· Attendees grant the right (without additional consideration) to use their image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity.

· Attendees assume all risks and danger incidental to the Event, to the extent permitted by law, and must conduct themselves at all times in accord with law and in a manner suitable for the Event for the mutual benefit of all attendees.

· This ticket is a revocable license and admission or continued attendance may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form.

· Attendees may not transmit (or aid in transmitting) any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the Event .
